Family Fun House - Kids Nirvana on 1.5 acres!

Let the kids run free in this Mornington Peninsular family holiday haven where country meets the sea.   Enjoy the tranquil space with relaxed living for you and your family.

Just imagine the family fun you will have outdoors!

This property has one of THE BEST play grounds you will ever see and now a new Pool and Spa which is heated all year round! There is a Trampoline, Rainbow Tree House, Kids Ninja Gym, Swing set as well as a variety of Tree Swings, Massive Sandpit, Soccer field, Cricket Pitch, Fire Pit on 1 1/2 acres of quiet culder-sac space. Inside the home has 2 separate indoor living spaces, great for 2 families or adults one side, kids the other, but you will want to be outside all the time here!

The kids lounge room has electric reclining lounges, Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, Disney, Wii, books, games and toys for all ages. The adult lounge has sunshine, space and Foxtel, Netflix to relax no matter the weather. Look out over the garden as you dip into your grazing plate and bubbles!

The outdoor area looks out onto the glorious grassed playground area where you can watch the kids play or join in a game of soccer or cricket!   Finish your day with a nice glass of red by the fire pit or just watch the sunset disappear among the trees. (Fires must follow fire restrictions of course!)

Your pets are welcome but need to be approved prior to arrival. While we are pet friendly we appreciate the advanced notice. We also ask you to pick up after them!  What more could you ask for!

Note: We have 2 portable cots available in addition to the beds.  

The place is yours to enjoy but the barn is a private space. Please respect this.  We may be onsite in separate accommodation depending on the time of year. We have 2 Labradors who may come and say hi.

We have a wonderful Massage Therapist Jacqui who can come to the house to help Rejuvenate and Restore you during your stay. Please let us know if you would like to book Jacqui!

30 MINUTES – $55
60 MINUTES – $90
90 MINUTES – $120

This peaceful property is 5 mins drive from the Mount Martha beach and village or 5 minutes the other was to the the bustling Mornington scene...you choose.

We are at the end of a very quiet culder-sac and fully fenced. Safe for your family and friends to enjoy the great outdoors at its fullest!  If you love a Weekend walk The Briars is a 5 min stroll where you can enjoy nature at it's best. The Mount Martha to Mornington beach walk is a great walk if you want a walking challenge.

We have plenty of onsite parking but ask if there has been raining to avoid too much on the grassed areas! We take a lot of pride in the grounds and want to keep it that way!

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL RULES:

1. TRICTLY UNDER NO CURCUMSTANCES ARE PARTIES OR ILLEGAL FIREWORKS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME! If a party is found to be onsite or fireworks let off we have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately and terminate your stay.

2. While council have rules on noise 9 (please see below), as we are in a quiet area we ask that you please respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10.30pm and 9am each day. Thank you!

3. Children are to be supervised at all times on the pay equipment and the Treehouse. The Treehouse has a 200 kilo limit.

4. Pets are to be approved prior to arrival. While we are pet friendly we appreciate the advanced notice.

5. Mornington Peninsular Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas.
